Program Manager
The La Plata Economic Development Alliance is a nonprofit, county-wide organization committed to fostering a vibrant and resilient local economy. We partner with businesses, government agencies, educational institutions, and community stakeholders to drive growth, workforce development, and community prosperity.
As Program Manager, you’ll play a key role in advancing our mission by overseeing program delivery, managing grants and reporting, and building relationships with regional leaders. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a small, collaborative team environment and enjoys balancing strategic vision with detailed execution.
Program Management Responsibilities:
- Workforce Development: Oversee Project RUN (Rural Upskill Network), ensuring trainings are coordinated, learners complete micro-credentials, and grant reporting is submitted on time.
- Housing: Support the Catalyst Fund and Regional Housing Alliance program administration.
- Business Capacity: Lead the La Plata Opportunity Network, manage monthly Investor Member Meetings, and produce the Alliance Summit—the region’s largest business and leadership event.
- Member & Partner Relations: Cultivate relationships with members, donors, and funders; manage records in Salesforce/CRM.
- Operations: Improve organizational processes, oversee contract administration, and ensure compliance with grants and reporting requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing project or programs to success outcomes.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and Zoom, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience supporting teams and driving results in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Commitment to the organization’s mission and values, with a passion for social impact and community service.
