
Project RUN’s Fundamentals of Leadership & Management I: People is a free, six-week leadership training for individuals stepping into management roles, preparing for future leadership roles, or looking to strengthen their leadership skills. Led by executive leadership coaches, this training focuses on practical skills like effective communication, accountability, and navigating real workplace challenges.
Fundamentals of Leadership & Management I: People begins January 21 with sessions held on Wednesdays from 3:00–5:00 pm. In-person cohorts will be hosted in Durango, Pagosa Springs, and Silverton.
