Developed in partnership with the Early Childhood Council of La Plata County, City of Durango, and Regional Housing Alliance, and informed by over 300 community members, this plan provides a data-driven approach to addressing La Plata County’s childcare shortage. Key components include:

- Targeted Solutions – Expanding capacity, improving wages, and funding infrastructure.
