Business Parks

Durango and La Plata County have three business parks: Bodo Park, founded in the 1970s; Durango Tech Park, which was built in the 1990s; and Animas Airpark, which matured after the regional airport was moved to its current location about 10 miles south of Durango. The City and County are currently working together to identify new industrial space about three miles south of Durango along La Posta Road, and the County is reviewing the potential for a new industrial park adjacent to Durango-La Plata County Airport.
